- Visit verification: When you check in at a customer, dealer, or distributor site, your GPS coordinates are saved to confirm the visit occurred at the correct location.
- Daily route recording: When you tap Start Day, the App begins logging your travel route in the background so your manager can review your field activity and generate tour reports.
- Expense reimbursement: Your travel path is used to calculate total kilometres travelled, which is attached to your expense claims.
- Attendance marking: Your location at punch-in and punch-out is recorded to verify field attendance.
- Task & tour verification: Location data confirms that planned field tours were executed as submitted, supporting approval workflows.
Your location data is never used for advertising, never sold, and never shared with any party outside Sujata Electricals Ltd.'s management system. It is not used to track you across other apps or websites.
